Great news for Two Chefs fans! The Greenville favorite will serve as Main and Stone’s anchor tenant,updating its name to Two Chefs Café & Market. The restaurant will expand its scope to offer grab-and-go prepared food options as well as local and regional market items such as seasonal produce and farm fresh eggs and milk.

A Greenville establishment for more than 18 years, Two Chefs will leave its current location in the Poinsett building to occupy the 5,000 square-foot space in the Main and Stone community. Continue reading

When you feel the need for caffeine, you can find the yellow little coffee shop, Java Fix, nestled in the corner of Wade Hampton Boulevard, conveniently located near Main and Stone apartments.

Java Fix uses Leopard Forest coffee beans farmed in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe, which are then roasted locally in Travelers Rest, South Carolina. The farm has been roasting superior coffee since 1965. Continue reading

Biking is the transportation mode of choice for many Greenvillians. Because of this, the City of Greenville has created “Bikeville,” a bicycle friendly community initiative aimed to increase ridership, encourage bicycle use, expand bicycling facilities, and provide useful resources to cyclists and motorists sharing the road.

Part of the Bikeville initiate includes adding B-cycle stations – a bike share partnership – to new eight locations. The program provides residents and visitors an active way to get around town and visit local attractions. Additionally, the plan calls for more bike parking and free bike storage on Greenlink buses.
